Specialist in Quality Fruit Jams and Chocolate Spreads

The company was first established in 1980 at Cimanggis as a sole proprietorship named Astare, which was subsequently formalized into CV Bintang Jaya Baharriski in 2005 before improving its legal status into a limited liability company when a new investor, PT Sinar Mitra Bersama, joined the company in 2013.

In order to meet continual market needs and demands we expanded our production capacity by building a new factory, which was built from the ground up with fully automated machines and infrastructure that complies with food safety and hygiene manufacturing standards, located at Tangerang.

  • 22 October 2007: Status upgraded from PO (Perusahaan Perseorangan) to IRT-P (Industri Rumah Tangga Pangan)
  • 21 June 2013: The company is awarded as the 'Best Private Label Supplier' by Hero Supermarket
  • 17 February 2022: HBA renewed its HALAL Certificate (No. ID00410000397150921) after the change in the company's name
  • 15 January 2024: HBA continues to obtain HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) certification from M-BRIO (Certificate No. E-MCB SSH 072-IDN), certifying that the company's products are safe for consumption
